We had a picnic at the van after mom and I got back from Chinatown and the Pho soup. The family inhaled the made every day. The Vietnamese sandwich of grilled pork was excellent. They ate the shredded pork over vermicelli before I even got a bite. I was late because I stopped at a szechuan Chinese restaurant. I asked for the house specialty and I was told to get Beef with cumin. I said not too hot, a one out of four in spice. Let's just say it was one of the hottest things I have but in my mouth, but in a really good way. It was nice to have a relaxing picnic at the van after a long day of sightseeing in Philadelphia.
